WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE COURSE

May 12th - June 2nd
Join us for our 4 week Women's Sef Defense Course. Saturdays from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, open to both members and non-members of all ages. In addition to 4 weeks of self defense training registration for non-members also includes access to select Ultimate Fitness group classes.

Just $69 for non-members and $49 for members, a portion of the proceeds benefit the Sacramento Chapter of W.E.A.V.E. The best way to survive a dangerous situation is to be prepared. Come and learn the basics of self defense and get a great full body workout.
