ULTIMATE FITNESS: FITNESS CLASSES

BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is a variety of different exercises that will test your cardio and muscular fatigue threshold! These class are always fast-paced and use a lot of functional movements as well and great use and variety of all our exercise equipment!! Make sure you drink plenty of water the day you take this class, you’ll be sweating!!

BOOT CAMP EXPRESS

Boot Camp Express is structured off an MMA title fight with 5 x 5 Minute rounds.. The good thing about this is you wont have to fight anyone except fatigue!! These classes are short at sweet but will have you working hard!! 5 Minutes of hard work and 1 minute rest!! ENJOY!

HEATED VINYASA YOGA

Set to an always changing, upbeat playlist, this Vinyasa class is heated. Class will begin with sun salutations, a sequence of postures done in succession, one flowing into the next. You’ll explore the fundamental principles of Vinyasa Yoga in this foundation-building class that will help you link breath to movement. The second part of class focuses on restorative postures and may incorporate blocks and Yin Yoga elements. Explore new themes and intentions every month and build your Yoga foundation here! Come to class well-hydrated and bring a mat as we have limited mats available to borrow. If this is your first Yoga class, please arrive early. In order to ensure your safety and minimize disruption, students will not be permitted late entry in this class.

MVMNT FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

MVMNT Functional Fitness is a community-based fitness class using bodyweight movements, resistance training (including weightlifting) and aerobic work. All classes are led by qualified coaches who properly scale and modify workouts to every individual. Unlike various other types of fitness, MVMNT fitness classes can be used to train everyone from the young and elderly to the weekend warrior and world class athlete.

POWER HOP DANCE FITNESS

Our Power Hop Dance class is for adults looking to get an awesome, full body workout and work on their sweet moves! No dance class experience needed. Come hydrated and be prepared to get in a groove!

SLEDS AND STRENGTHS

Sleds and Strength is exactly how it sounds! You will be doing sled pushes up and down our new turf as well as pumping some iron, doing squats, push ups and core work. This class is a great vibe and a great workout too! Come down and push some sleds!!

STRETCHING AND MOBILITY

If you’ve had a hard week of working, or your body is just feeling stiff and beat up, this is the class for you!! Trigger point release, foam rolling and stretching out the tight limbs will help your body recover for the next big session. This class will have you feeling like a new person and often ready to workout straight after! Our bodies are important, and this class will help your’s feel in top shape!

TRX + KETTLEBELLS

This course is structured as a strength and endurance class using the tools of kettlebells, TRX and other free-movement apparatuses (stell mace/bells/clubs). Movements with each individual tool should complement one another, creating a well-balanced, full-body workout. Our instructors pay specific attention to proper form, functional strength, and endurance techniques.

ULTIMATE CONDITIONING

Combine a boot camp with conditioning and you got yourself a tough workout!! You’ll be pushing in this class, doing things from lifting weights, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and much more! Drink plenty of water for this class ’cause you’ll be sweating!

YOGA SHRED

Yoga Shred blends traditional strength training moves with yoga postures -think bicep curls with Warrior Two legs, or weighted squats in chair. Each 60-minute class is a full-body workout that helps improve endurance, body awareness, balance and muscle definition. Each class begins with light yoga stretches, intention setting, and lots of options for all levels. With up-beat music and a relaxation period at the end, you’ll leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day.
