LITTLE NINJAS + BABY NINJAS

BABY NINJAS

AGES: 3-4

Our Baby Ninjas class is designed for a fun, interactive experience on the mats for children aged 4 and below. Parents are encouraged to participate with their children and are actually part of the class curriculum. Fun and basic fundamentals are the focus of the class with an emphasis on socialization. The instructor, Katie Holloman is one of the kids program instructors and has a very calming demeanor toward both parents and children. This class is open to all members, regardless of membership plan and if you’d like to bring a guest and their children, please feel free!

Class Requirements: A fun and playful attitude is paramount!

LITTLE NINJAS INTRO TO TUMBLING

AGES: 4-12

This is the perfect class for your Little Ninjas to learn beginning moves, skills and drills used in our across the floor exercises. Here they will acquire the basic tumbling technique for beginners while learning how to meet personal goals within a group setting. Our goal is to not only instill basic gymnastics skills, but to also build upper body strength in a safe and fun environment.

Class Requirements: Comfy, athletic clothes.

LITTLE NINJAS MARTIAL ARTS

AGES: 4-12

Little Ninjas Martial Arts is great for kids who want to begin their martial arts training and discipline. Kids will learn the fundamentals…. This is a NO CONTACT class, emphasis will be placed on technique, form, and discipline.

Class Requirements: Comfy, athletic clothes. Children’s boxing gloves for bag work.

LITTLE NINJAS WRESTLING

AGES: 4-12

Little Ninjas wrestling is a fantastic program for kids to join. They’ll learn wrestling from one of our highly skilled wrestling coaches. This program is great for kids that wrestle already and want some more detailed coaching. It’s also great for beginners who are just starting out and want to learn how to wrestle. Along with learning these skills, they will learn discipline and build confidence. This is an active class, so make sure your little kiddo is prepared to sweat a little bit.

Class Requirements: Comfy, athletic clothes. Mouth guard and headgear are recommended.
