ULTIMATE FITNESS: MMA + MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES

BOXING

The long time hand to hand combat that we all love! Boxing is going to teach you the basic fundamentals of boxing as well as some great combos to go along with your defensive and evasive moves that you will learn during class. This is a great cardio workout and great for toning the arms shoulders and back.

Recommended Equipment: Hand Wraps, 12-16 oz Boxing Gloves, Mouth Guard

INTRO TO BOXING

Intro to Boxing is taught by one of Team Alpha Male’s professional fighters and will focus on the basics. Making sure everyone knows the right form and technique when punching and kicking will help fast track and improve boxing skills. This is a great class if you have never boxed before, or if you’re very new to it and want to improve.

Recommended Equipment: Hand Wraps, 12-16 oz Boxing Gloves, Mouth Guard

INTRO TO BOXING + INTERMEDIATE BOXING

Intro to Boxing + Intermediate Boxing is taught by one of Team Alpha Male’s professional fighters and will focus on the basics of Boxing and intermediate drills and techniques. Making sure everyone knows the right form and technique when punching will help fast track your success. This is a great class if you are a beginner or, if you have been boxing for a while and want to brush up on the fundamentals.

INTRO TO KICKBOXING

Intro to Kick Boxing and is taught by one of Team Alpha Male’s professional fighters and will focus on the basics of Kickboxing. Making sure everyone knows the right form and technique when punching and kicking will help fast track and improve your hand and foot skills. This is a great class if you have never Kick Boxed before, or if you’re very new to it and want to improve your skills.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing involves both boxing and kicking elements. The use of both the arm and leg weapons come to light with the awesome combos our high level instructors will put you through. These classes are great for all levels whether you want to learn how to kickbox or you just want a great workout. You won’t be disappointed.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai originates from Thailand and involves many different weapons; punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Combining these gives you a full arsenal of striking tools to hammer out on the heavy bag or Thai pads. Putting these skills together will test your agility and creativity. Your enjoyment for this style of class will forever grow along with your knowledge of the sport. If you’re a beginner, try the kickboxing class first to get your punches and kicks dialed in. When you’re ready to add more tools to your game, Muay Thai will be waiting!

GI JIU JITSU

Translated from the Japanese to the gentle art Jiu Jitsu practices body control, chokes, arm bars, leg locks and self defense. Gi Jiu Jitsu is slower paced compared to the No Gi Jiu Jitsu style and the grabbing, pulling and choking with the Gi is legal in the sport. So get your Gi and jump into class. A Gi must be warn so please consult the front desk for the proper size.

Recommended Equipment: Gi, Mouth Guard

NO-GI JIU JITSU

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu has a little faster pace compared to our Gi Jiu Jitsu classes. You will have no Gi to grab on to, so learning how to control the body is a key focus in No Gi. The same principles and techniques will apply in both forms of Jiu Jitsu, but No-Gi techniques may be modified.

STRIKING – WOMENS ONLY

Women only Striking is a great class to get away from the high paced men and the sweat they might project in your direction. Our focus is to teach you the basics of striking and do it in a fun environment with your friends, led by one of our finest female instructors.

WRESTLING

Join our world-class instructors, and other classmates to learn the finer points of wrestling. This is an adult’s wrestling class, but the class is open to beginners and seasoned wrestlers alike. Expect lots of drilling, fundamentals, and a great workout!

Recommended Equipment: Mouth Guard, headgear is recommended.
