I have been in the fitness Industry for over 8 years, specializing in Strength & Conditioning, Biomechanics, and Exercise Physiology. Since moving from the East Bay Area to Sacramento in 2007, I’ve trained myself and numerous others for Sports Performance and Strength & Conditioning. I’ve developed a passion for training for Power and Explosiveness, which greatly benefitted me during my time playing for the Sacramento State Rugby club from 2009-2012. I’ve completed over 1,000 personal training sessions catering to anyone ranging in between professional athletes, High School prospects, and weekend warriors with a desire to lose weight.

• CSUS Strength & Conditioning Certificate
• CrossFit L-1 Trainer
Form and Physique.

Proper form along with functional strength and endurance techniques all used to build tight lean muscle. Pumping some iron, squatting, deadlifting and core work. Movements with each individual tool should complement one another, creating a well-balanced, full-body workout.
