I have been in the fitness Industry for over 8 years, specializing in Strength & Conditioning, Biomechanics, and Exercise Physiology. Since moving from the East Bay Area to Sacramento in 2007, I’ve trained myself and numerous others for Sports Performance and Strength & Conditioning. I’ve developed a passion for training for Power and Explosiveness, which greatly benefitted me during my time playing for the Sacramento State Rugby club from 2009-2012. I’ve completed over 1,000 personal training sessions catering to anyone ranging in between professional athletes, High School prospects, and weekend warriors with a desire to lose weight.
