Form and physique

We teach proper form along with functional strength and endurance techniques to help our members build tight, lean muscle. This program features weight training with compound movements like squatting, deadlifting, pressing and core work. Movements with each individual tool are designed to complement one another, creating a well-balanced, full-body workout.

Break free of limitations

If you are striving for that competitive edge as an athlete or training for an adventure race, this class is for you. Get face to face with yourself, challenge your limits, and conquer your obstacles. Composed of Olympic lifting, strength training and functional movement to deliver results at the highest level.

Ultimate Recovery

Restore and re-engage

Decompress stiffness and repair your sore muscles with trigger point release, foam rolling, and stretching. Do not underestimate the importance of recovery—if you can’t recover, you can’t train! This class helps your body prepare for strength and conditioning work, focusing on rejuvenation, mobility, and flexibility.

Pulse

Heart-pounding excitement

Challenge yourself to a title fight. Our Pulse class features boxing intervals and endurance challenges to provide a workout like no other. 12 rounds lasting 3:00 minutes each. Learn kickboxing techniques while getting an extreme workout—you won’t believe how fast this class goes!
